Performing reset (soft) Dell Mini 3i:
If the phone should freeze for any cause, you can depress and hold the Power On/Off button for 10 seconds and this should cause the phone to reset itself and resume operation.
If this does not improve the condition, remove the battery cover and the battery. Wait 10 seconds, and then restore the battery and the battery cover. Press the Power On/Off button to turn on the phone on once more.
