HTC HD MINI Factory Resetting:

  

1. On the Home screen, slide to the Settings tab and then tap Security > Factory reset.
2. Now enter 1234.
3. Now Tap Yes to perform the reset, or tap No to cancel the reset.

HARD RESETTING BY BUTTON:

    1. Take out the battery, stay for a few seconds, and then reinsert the battery.
    2. Press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN button, and after that briefly press the POWER button.
    3. Stay for a message appear, and after that free the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN button.
    4. Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset or any key to cancel resetting.
