First remove the battery
Reinsert the battery back in
Now Hold the Volume Down button to turn the phone on
Use Volume Up / Down to move between options
Use Home key to select an option
Use Back key to go back
From the clockwork menu choose: wipe cache partition.
From the clockwork menu choose: wipe data/factory reset.
From the main menu select: Reboot
