Hard Reset HTC Tattoo Android Phones

To Hard Reset the HTC Tattoo is almost the same as the other HTC Android Phones. All user data in the device will be lose, and also all settings will be return to factory settings. So back up all important data first before performing it.
Performing a hard reset on all device, you must make sure that the battre power is full, and turn the phone off first, than follow the steps below :

1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME and BACK then briefly press the END CALL/POWER button.
2. Press the ENTER button to begin the reset process.

Tips : If your phone hangs or freezes, remove the battery then wait for 20 seconds, and then re-install it. After re-installing the battery, turn on the phone.

BlackBerry PlayBook 2 on the way!

Just days after the launch of the BlackBerry Z10, the struggling smartphone maker has revealed it’s working on a second BlackBerry PlayBook tablet to take on the iPad, Google Nexus 7 and other runaway slate successes. But will it be too little too late?

Speaking to news agency Reuters, BlackBerry CEO Thorsten Heins revealed that he has ordered a second tablet to be made. “I’m not getting out of the tablet business, I’ve asked my teams to build another one,” he said.

There’s a but though. “I need to make money from it. If the hardware doesn’t provide the margins I need, then it makes no sense in doing it,” he said. And that may be a struggle: the first BlackBerry PlayBook was poorly received on its launch in 2011, and while retailers are already claiming the new Z10 phone is a success, it’s far too early to tell.

Original BlackBerry PlayBook owners shouldn’t feel too hard done by with the news though: the company has also said it’ll be bringing its BlackBerry 10 software to the slate at some point, so there’s a nice app and feature-filled update to look forward to.

Huawei Ascend D2 officially unveiled

Huawei unveils its flagship Ascend D2 smartphone featuring 5-inch Super Retina display at CES

Huawei have released the Ascend D2, the latest addition to their smartphone range and it features a 5-inch Super Retina display.

The Ascend D2, revealed at CES 2013, runs Android 4.1 Jellybean and features a 13MP BSI camera with an ISO sensitivity higher than other smartphones on the market.

Powered by a 3000mAh battery, Huawei says the Ascend D2 has a standby time of six days on WCDMA. Utilising Huawei’s QPC technology, battery consumption is kept to a minimum by automatically turning off the transmitter circuit when data transmission is not in use. Huawei claims this technology will reduce power consumption in standby mode by over 20%.

Encased in an aluminium body with a metal frame and weighing 170g, the large-screen smartphone comes in two colours; pure white and crystal blue. The D2 features ‘swift sharing’ software, allowing users to share pictures, videos and other files to be shared over a Wi-Fi connection two or three times faster than other smart phones.

Manufacturer Huawei has also promised a 4.7-inch screen version.

The Huawei Ascend D2 is planned for release in China at the end of January 2013, and in Japan in the future, however a UK release date wasn’t mentioned at the event.
